Magnesium oil is a concentrated topical solution of magnesium chloride dissolved in water that feels slightly oily on the skin. It’s used to support muscle relaxation, reduce occasional cramping and tension, promote calm, and replenish magnesium levels without oral supplements. Many people find it helpful after workouts, before bed, or during periods of stress.
How to use magnesium oil
Patch test first: Apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours to check for sensitivity or irritation.
Shake well before application.
Apply to clean, dry skin: Spray or rub 3–10 pumps or sprays onto areas with muscle tension, the lower legs for cramps, arms, shoulders, or the abdomen. You can also apply to large areas such as the back or thighs.
Massage in gently: Rub the oil into the skin until it’s absorbed.
Some may experience tingling until absorbed.
